Is happiness unrealistic? Can you really be happy with the things that you chase after in life? Is there a way to achieve a happiness that remains regardless of challenges in your life? What I've found is that through my meditation practice, I'm able to return, again and again, to a state of happiness despite troubles and challenges that may be occurring in my life. It's this kind of happiness that I consider to be "unreasonable."
