Minding the Bedside Blog Update:
A New Design is in the Works

Dear Friends -

I hope that this note finds you well, enjoying life and all that it has to offer.

I'm sending this note to you to let you know about some exciting developments and changes that are happening on the blog-site, Minding the Bedside.

Recent visits and readership to the site have skyrocketed!! And you're all from a number of different countries; the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, India, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Germany, Philippines, Sweden, and Thailand. Wow! You're all part of a worldwide community of readers and meditators and that's something to celebrate about! I am so grateful to have such a diverse and global community visiting the site. Thank you for your support.

More and more of you are contacting me about the content that's being provided to you and I'm using your input as guidance to write about what matters most to you. Please keep it up, keep on commenting, and let me know what you need to support you in your meditation practice.

In the coming weeks the design of the site is going to change and I'd like to know what you think about it. I'm working on making the site more user-friendly by bringing the content and blog posts higher up on the page. Additionally, I'll be changing the way that the information is presented to you. Please let me know what you think.

Finally, I'll be adding a new component to what I'm offering. Under a section called, "Guidance," found in the navigation-bar, I'll provide resources to assist you in your meditation practice with personal one-on-one and group-interactive sessions. A number of people have asked for this and it's time to give it to you.

Please write me if there's anything else that you feel could be useful for you in your practice. Also, since this site and everything that's created on it are done by me, please recommend this site to your friends and work-associates. I appreciate it.

Take care and very best wishes to you in your life and in your practice!
