How to Work With Your Thoughts During Meditation | |||||||||||||||

I hope that all's well in your life and that you're enjoying a mindful and meditative week.
Do you ever wrestle with your thoughts? Do you ever wish that you could have just a moment's peace without having thoughts about the past, present, or future invade your peace of mind?
The title of this video is, Working with Thoughts During Meditation Practice. And that's what it's about, how to work with your thoughts both within and outside of your formal meditation practice.
The cool thing about this video is that I made most of it when I wasn't planning on making a video, I was just going over what I wanted to share and out "popped" a spontaneous and concise presentation of my main ideas. So...I used it!
That's the great thing about meditation! If you're used to engaging your "meditative awareness," you don't have to be practicing meditation formally...it just happens.
Check out the video and let me know if you find it to be helpful.

If you'd like me to make a video specifically addressing some of the challenges (or successes) that you encounter while meditating, let me know.
Take care and enjoy,
Jerome Stone
