Meditation Intensive in Colorful Colorado

Hello friends. I hope that all's well in your lives and that you're taking every precious moment of life, learning how to become present, aware, and spacious, no matter what you're doing.

I'm incredibly excited to announce that this October, I'll be offering a Meditation Intensive for Nurses, in Colorado.

It's going to be great.

It's going to give you CEUs.

It's going to offer you plenty of space to learn, practice, and relax.

It's going to deepen any meditation practice that you might already have.

And...I'm making it very affordable so everyone who wants to will be able to attend!

Meditation Takes Practice

On my blog, I've spent a lot of time sharing with you the methods for learning how to meditate. And, so far, you've been pretty successful...haven't you?

Ultimately, no matter what it is that you're learning, the best way to get good at anything is to practice. Whether it's becoming a great nurse, riding a bicycle, or learning how to parent effectively, we all need to practice at whatever we're working on. Meditation is no different. but for some reason, people believe that they should be able to just sit down and meditate. Really?

Learning how to meditate takes time, and the best way that I know of to give yourself the time that you need to learn is to participate in a meditation intensive.

Make the Commitment to Yourself, to Learn How to Meditate

From October 31st - November 2nd, a group of nurses (you too!) will be meeting at a wonderful retreat center in Loveland, Colorado, to learn how to put the methods that I've shared in my book, Minding the Bedside, and on my blog into practice. This will be your chance to learn how to practice meditation, or strengthen your practice, in an intimate setting, in a beautiful environment, with a small group of people.

Meditate in a Beautiful Natural Environment

Sunrise Ranch was chosen for its location and for the natural beauty that surrounds it. The facilities and natural environment make it the perfect place to enter into and deepen your meditation practice. Its proximity to and immersion in the natural environment allow for spaciousness and quiet that can enhance your experience of meditative awareness and mindfulness.

Learn to Meditate in a Beautiful Environment AND Get CEUs

If you've ever wanted to learn how to meditate, or if you already have a meditation practice and want to learn how to strengthen it and bring more presence to your work and your life, this is the opportunity to do just that. Please don't hesitate, join me and other nurses in learning how to bring mindful awareness and compassion into everything that you do. It's going to be great, and...there are only a limited number of places available, so enroll now.
