Minding the Bedside Website is
Under Construction
Hello Folks -

I hope that this note finds you all well, enjoying life and all that it has to offer...as a practice for mindfulness.

It's been a while since I've written or posted anything on my site, Minding the Bedside. Sounds bad, right? Well, in this case, it's great! In fact, right now, the site is down for construction and will be making its new appearance by the end of this week!

A few months ago I wrote to tell you all that the site was going to change, and that the emphasis was going to change to meditation content for nurses and healthcare professionals. Well....it's happening!

What this means for you is that, 1) if you're not a nurse but still want to read about meditation, there will still be content for you - that's good, right? 2) If you are a nurse or healthcare professional, the site is going to be focused on your needs and on how I can better serve you as my readers and audience.

Part of my joy in writing about meditation is that there are so many areas where meditation can benefit you in life and because of this, there are unlimited topics that I can write about. Well, actually, that's how I started out; I wrote about anything and everything that had anything to do with meditation.

While my focus is going to change, I do plan on continuing to offer content about meditation and how to use it in your daily life. Even though the focus will be on nursing and healthcare, I would encourage you to read it and see if it works for you; hopefully it will.

For the past 4 years, I've been writing on this blog and I want to continue to serve you, my readers, who span the globe in such countries as India, Australia, France, England, Sweden, and Spain. Please let me know if there's a topic that you'd like me to write about, and I'll do my best to write something for you.

Stay tuned for more news, for a new post coming out next week, and for an upcoming book on how to meditate out of the box.

Take care and very warm regards to you.

Have a mindful day,
