From Jerome,, Because I Write for You...

Hey –

I hope that this note finds you well, enjoying a mindful day.

(This is a really important email, so please lend me just a minute of your time; I think you'll be glad that you did.)

Recently I’ve been doing some research for a series of blog posts, and the biggest challenge that nurses all over the world report is stress...imagine that! (I've even come up with a Survey on Nursing and Stress)

When I started in nursing, stress was the worst part of my job; I used to fret over whether I'd do something that would end up hurting or even killing my patients. Have you ever felt this way?

You know that I write a lot about meditation and stress-management on my blog and in guest posts, and I teach it to audiences around the country.

Two of the main questions that I get from readers of my blog and in classes are:

“I can meditate, but how do I deal with the stress of work?”

Or,

“How do I stop reacting to stressors when I know that it’s bad for my health and bad for my mind?!”

Please listen to me, everything that I write about is because of you; my intention is to provide you with the content that you need to support you in work and in life.

So, I want to ask you a question:

Would you be interested if I were to offer you a (small and intimate) live class on how to manage and decrease stress at work, at home…in life?

There’s a way to learn how to deal with stress that I’d love to share with you because it makes me want to weep when I see how stressed out my peers are. (I even wrote about this recently on LinkedIn)

I’d love to teach you how to use this process in learning to deal with your own personal stress. But, I don’t want to offer a class and then find out that it’s not valuable to you.

To help me with this, could you please fill out a very short survey that will help me to decide whether I should offer this class or not. It will take about 1-2 minutes.

Should I create a live/Skype class on stress management for nurses? Survey link.

Thanks a lot for your help,

Jerome Stone
