I'd like to encourage you all to read the post the I completed yesterday, This New
Year, Resolve Your Stress…and More! It's a great article, written by a dozen nurses, focusing on a variety of ways to deal with "resolution stress."

I'd like to wish you a very happy new year. May all that you do to serve others and care for those in need be met with immeasurable success. May the benefit that you bring to others spread out across the world and bring joy to countless people. May you have a healthy, prosperous and joyful year. And may your mind be
at peace, regardless of your circumstances; may you rest in the true nature of your beautifully undistracted mind!
Take
care,
Jerome Stone
