I hope that this note finds you well, enjoying your week.

So the first video/meditation was such a success that I've decided to keep on offering more videos on how to meditate and ways to work with meditation in your daily life. 

I've just completed your second meditation video

It's great to know that I'm creating something that you've been asking me for and that, with the roll-out of this series of videos, I'll be able to provide you with ongoing support, tips, hints and techniques to support you in your meditation practice. 



 I shared the following information last week and, for those of you who haven't tried them yet, here are a few additional tools to support you in your practice:
