For many people, the holiday season can be a stressful and depressing time. In a season when joy and revelry are supposed to be filling the hearts of humankind, many people find it hard to
muster up even a smile.
Especially with all the negative things that seem to be happening in the world; mass shootings, dramatic climate change, financial worries, and a divisive political climate where
the abyss between "sides" seems deeper than ever, we need an antidote to the holy-daze weariness that we find ourselves in.
I want to share a little perspective on how you might be able to antidote some of the stress that you're experiencing and practice some seasonal compassion, so here are a few ideas on how you can experience less stress (and more joy!!) during the holidays.
I hope that what I've shared with you helps you to feel more at peace, and more compassionate in this season of good will and cheer for all; Lord knows we all need a bit of inspiration and reminders
of our inherent compassion these days.
As always, please do feel free to drop me a note, let me know how you're doing and if there's anything that I
can do or write about to support you in your life's journey.
Take care and very warm regards,
Jerome Stone
