It's been...more than 2 1/2 years since I've written a blog post and the only messages that you've received from me have been about my Nursing Week book away (my yearly tradition).
But....you've been on my mind and it's time to resume (or re-establish) my connection with you.
A lot has happened since I last wrote....more on that in another email.
Since I've been out of touch for so long, I need to get my groove back and I think that the best way to do that is to find out from you, what are your meditation needs?
I'd like to invite you to, 1) email me directly to chat and let me know what your needs are around the practice(s) of meditation or - even - how I could help you to cope more easily with the day to day grind of the nursing (or other) profession, and 2) answer a 1-question survey about your needs in your meditation practice
(or life).
If you write to me directly, I promise you that I'll write back to you...even if all 1000+ of my readers respond - yikes!!
In the coming weeks, I'll be sharing more emails, content and possibly videos, if that's something that would help you.
I want to let you know how important you are to me; many of you are very loyal people who have been with me through the evolution of my book as well as this site. Others are new to this community - welcome!!
