Recently I shared with you that after almost 2 1/2 years, I'm getting back to providing you - my community - with new content, ideas and materials.
To kick off my "re-launch" of my site, I've decided to bring others into the mix.
For years, my readers have been writing to me, offering to share their insights and ideas about how to make nursing (and other work environments) less stressful.
In the coming weeks, I'll be featuring other authors, bloggers and people...just like you! as they share their experience and insights on meditation, how to deal with stress, and other topics relevant to work-life balance.
